No, we do not share or sell our customers' information to any person or agency. All information is kept confidential and is used only for shipping purposes.
5. How soon after payment will I receive my order?
Standard shipping can vary from 6 days to 2 weeks.
6. How can I change an order after it has been placed?
The best way to do this is to contact us right away via the website or by telephone. Please quote your order number and your email so we can process your request quickly.
7. What is the quality of the cigarettes you offer?
We only sell premium First Nations tobacco and cigarettes. Superior Canadian quality is guaranteed.
8. What payment processors do you accept?
At the moment we process payments with Interac E-Transfer and cash upon delivery in the Kootenay region.
9. When ordering in bulk, will all of my cartons come at once?
We may divide packages, so we can't guarantee whether or not all of your cigarettes will arrive at once. We do this to keep your discretion intact and to ensure all of the products you order arrive and are not seized along the way.
10. Can I return my cigarettes if I don't like them?
We offer a full 100% money-back guarantee on UNOPENED cartons. Returns must be completely untampered with to receive a refund. Returns are only processed after we receive the products back and they are properly inspected. We do not cover shipping for returns.
